Solar that stores the sun.
Battery that beats the peak.

Custom solar for your Inland Empire roof
The Inland Empire gets strong inland sun, about 5.5 to 6 peak sun hours a day. Your solar covers daytime power, charges the Duracell battery with the surplus, and stores it for when the grid gets expensive.
Battery backup, inland grade
Stored energy stays in your Duracell battery for the 4–9 PM peak and the next time the grid stumbles. SCE PSPS wildfire shutoffs, CAISO heat-wave Flex Alerts, Santa Ana wind events, 100–110°F summer days, you stay running.
~19¢/kWh blended, included
SCE rates average roughly 34.5¢/kWh and keep climbing, with even pricier evening peaks. Your Duracell battery shifts cheap daytime solar into the peak window, bringing your blended energy rate down to about 19¢/kWh.

Why it works in the Inland Empire
SCE rates keep climbing.
NEM 3.0 killed solar-only.
Much of the Inland Empire is on SCE, where homes pay roughly 34.5¢/kWh on average, and the trend has been up, not down, with the priciest hours landing in the 4–9 PM evening peak. Under NEM 3.0, the solar you export back to the grid earns only pennies, so a solar-only system barely saves anymore.
The fix is storage. Pair custom solar with a Duracell battery sized between 20 and 45 kWh, and your home self-consumes its own daytime sun during the expensive peak instead of buying it back from SCE. That brings your blended energy rate to about 19¢/kWh, and adds backup for when the grid does not.

Triple-digit inland summers
100–110°F summers
and PSPS shutoffs.
Inland Empire summers routinely run 100 to 110°F across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. When it gets that hot, the AC runs almost nonstop, and that is exactly when SCE issues PSPS wildfire shutoffs and CAISO calls heat-wave Flex Alerts asking everyone to cut back. Santa Ana wind events only raise the fire risk.
A SOLRITE home rides through it. When the grid drops, your Duracell battery takes over in a few seconds, and during daytime outages your solar keeps recharging it. No generator, no gas runs, no scramble. Just cool air and power that stays on.
