Your Duracell battery participates in a real Virtual Power Plant, and the grid-services revenue is what funds the equipment, so you pay nothing upfront.
Connecticut net metering, made simple

Connecticut recently replaced traditional one-to-one net metering with a state program (Residential Renewable Energy Solutions). For solar-only homes, exported power now earns less than it used to.
