What makes the Max Hybrid different
The inverter is already inside.
Most home batteries are just storage. They need a separate string inverter, a separate gateway, and often a separate backup load center to make the whole package work. That's three boxes on your wall, three points of failure, and three install sub-tasks.
The Duracell Max Hybrid integrates all of it. A single wall-mount unit handles solar PV input (DC-coupled or AC-coupled), battery charging, islanded backup, and grid export, out of one enclosure. Stack four to twelve LFP modules next to it for 20, 30, 45, or 60 kWh of storage. The whole package is outdoor-rated to NEMA 3R / IP65, so it doesn't need a garage to live in.
That's why SOLRITE picked it as the standard battery for the Texas Battery VPA and Solar + Battery installs in California, Illinois, and Connecticut. Fewer boxes, faster installs, cleaner walls, and the 15 kW continuous output is enough to keep an all-electric home running through outage.

Captures your solar
Daytime solar production routes through the integrated hybrid inverter and into the LFP modules. No separate string inverter, no extra conversion loss, no third-party gateway. Up to 15 kW of PV input in a single unit.
Discharges during peak
The system is programmed to discharge when grid power costs the most, the 4–9 PM peak window in California, evening hours in Texas, or when your utility rates are highest in Illinois and Connecticut. Stored solar offsets your most expensive grid kilowatt-hours instead of being exported for pennies.
Backs up your home on outage
When the grid drops, the Max Hybrid islands automatically and keeps your essential loads running. 15 kW continuous is enough for whole-home backup on most installs, no transfer switch fumbling, no generator startup.
